Phil serves as the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation and has been with Park Road Pres since 2019. Phil and his wife, Jenny, have two children, Oliver (9), and Jane (8). He is a South Florida Native who loves to cook and play tennis!

Phil has his M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary. Additionally, Phil has a Ph.D. from the University of Aberdeen where he studied Practical Theology. Phil’s daughter, Jane, was born with Down Syndrome and played a large part in Phil’s Dissertation: “Held in the Love of God: Evangelical Discipleship and People with Profound Intellectual Disabilities”.

Before joining Park Road Presbyterian, Phil and Jenny planted CityChurch Wilton Manors from 2011-2016.
