Jerusalem is packed with people and the public is clamoring for a king. And Jesus Christ knows that in hours He’ll be arrested… So, He leaves all the crowds and applause and the excitement and the frenzy …and He retreats with His friends (one of whom will betray Him) and they settle in to eat the Passover meal in a second story, rented room.

The strange and jarring action that starts the conversation amasses all we’ve seen in the Training in Temperament to a sharp and unavoidable point.

If you will be My disciple and a leader in My movement (and we are ALL called both to follow AND to lead) then you must know three paradoxical truths:
1) About GOD (Emblem)
2) About WHAT GOD REQUIRES of You (Example)
3) About HOW TO DO what God Requires (Engine)
