It seems that the one thing nearly all can agree on is that things are not how they ought to be. As “veterans of the sin wars,” we know firsthand the lethal reality of evil and sin. Better still, we know the reality of the grace of God. In this class, we aim to better understand why sin is culpable shalom-breaking, why God hates sin, and what the significance of the gospel of grace and the resurrection of Jesus Christ is for the fulfillment of the hope of shalom.
