Two perplexing men living 600 years apart, both in the temple, the first man there in a dream inspired by the Holy Spirit, the second man, Simeon, there in person, but also led by the Spirit. Both men wanting the disgrace of exile to end, the consolation of Israel, and both men thinking about freedom and glory i.e., what’s weighty, and truly important, significant, famous, of renown and valuable.
