Today, we find this idea of God humbling Himself taught IN the Book of Deuteronomy. And the Apostle Paul…(1500 years post-Moses) after the life, death and resurrection of Christ, Paul DRAWS ON this passage in Moses to show that this was ALWAYS God’s plan… It’s God’s WAY in the whole Bible…

How do you THINK about God? What is He like? What comes into your mind… and HOW are we to respond to God… how will it influence our lives to believe that God came down? That’s the QUESTION?

Let’s ask:
1) What ARE these two very different texts?

2) What are they BOTH saying (about God and Life)?

3) How to respond?
